At the end of last year, Orient Telecom Limited opened its expanded Hong Kong showroom to extend operational capacity and keep up with growing demand from key markets like Europe and North America, while strengthening trust through transparency. With 700 sq m of space, this facility is built like an operational sourcing floor: live inventory, high turnover, and clear categories for used iPhones, refurbished iPhones, CPO, and AS IS / AS IS+ supply.
Since a large share of Orient Telecom’s business is outside Hong Kong, most EU and global buyers will never step inside physically, so the space is also designed to work remotely. Many deals start with a scheduled video call, followed by a live walkthrough of available categories and batches. The goal is simple: reduce guesswork, align on grading, and confirm availability while the conversation is happening.
What buyers can source from our Hong Kong showroom?
This space is structured around the same categories that professional buyers search for daily:
- Used iPhones for wholesale distribution
- Refurbished iPhones and broader refurbished Apple devices
- CPO (Certified Pre-Owned) categories when available
- AS IS / AS IS+ categories for buyers who understand yield, pricing, and risk
- Brand NEW Apple devices
Showroom expansion shortens lead times for ready-to-ship used Apple stock
For us, this space is more than a display area. It’s a hub that connects logistics, quality control, and customer interaction in one place, so we can support more clients at the same time and keep operations moving.
A key benefit is standardizing quality. As our share of Apple-direct categories (including CPO and AS IS) has grown, the focus has been to improve consistency and reduce avoidable after-sales issues (including RMA-type problems) by aligning expectations and quality control more tightly.
The other side is speed. Added workspace and labor capacity support shorter lead times and a larger pool of ready-to-ship stock, which matters in the secondary market where speed and reliability are often part of the “real price.”

Hong Kong ‘s role for secondary mobile sourcing, especially for EU buyers
Hong Kong remains a key sourcing hub in the secondary mobile market because it offers strong liquidity, wide model availability, and frequent price opportunities. But in practice, that advantage only matters when execution is tight and lead times still make sense for the buyer. That’s why we expanded our Hong Kong facility to give buyers clearer access to live inventory, stronger category alignment, and smoother shipment planning with fewer assumptions.
We support buyers globally, and availability of our inventory in showroom can be viewed through video calls or, when needed, through an in-person visit.
